GOBALTIMA INTERNET RETAIL SALE LTD. WANTS YOU TO BE HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASES! IF SOMETHING ISN’T RIGHT, WE OFFER A 14 DAYS RETURN POLICY. THEY CAN BE REPLACED OR A FULL MONEY REFUND (LESS POSTAGE & PACKING). ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION, COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND RECEIPT.

ONLINE PURCHASES
Within 14 days of received the package, items bought online can be returned for replacement or refund. All items that are being returned must be in NEW condition as send, with no signs of wear, UNWORN or altered, unwashed and returned with all original packaging and tags attached. Gobaltima Internet Retail Sale LTD reserves the right to deny returns on goods that show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, perfume, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, any other noticeable odours, etc) or is otherwise in a different condition than when it was sold. Also, Gobaltima Internet Retail Sale LTD reserves the right to not return items that over 14 days after delivery. Returns must be accompanied by original invoice.
NON-RETURN ITEMS
Gobaltima Internet Retail Sale LTD does not offer replacement or refund on the following items: Products purchased at the Outlet. Packs consisting of several products can only be returned in their entirety. Incomplete or damaged products, without their original packaging and / or label or showing signs of use, will not be accepted. NOTE: If you received a product that has been modified or in poor condition, please contact us immediately so we can offer you a solution. Please don't throw anything away before contacting us. If you throw away the products, we will not be able to collect it or provide you with a refund. If we receive any of these items for return we will return the package to you and you will be notified via email.
Returns (outside Canada)
The products available on our website they may be subject to high customs fees in their countries, It is the customer's responsibility to verify with the authorities the additional costs of these before confirming the order on our website.

is not responsible for any product ordered by the customer and subsequently subjected to any legal or fiscal procedure, restriction or confiscation by the customs authorities of the country of destination.

cannot be at all times aware of the customs laws and regulations in force in all countries of the world due to the changing nature of these laws and regulations. Therefore, any request for payment of additional commissions, documentation or confiscation of the order will always be the responsibility of the customer. In the case of shipments outside the CANADA, if your order is returned to us, all shipping and return costs will be paid by the customer. These costs will be deducted from the reimbursement for the customer (where applicable).
In certain countries, if delivery is not possible for reasons beyond the control of

or the shipping service (for example, incorrect or incomplete address), the order may be destroyed by the shipping service, which means that no refund will be applied.
When a return arrives at our facilities, it will be inspected to determine if the products have been modified or damaged during transport. Then our Customer Service will send you the relevant information about the refund. The refund will amount to the total value of the order less all transport and return costs that may have been charged by the customs authorities. If any of the products have been modified or damaged, the value of these products will also be deducted. No refund will be made for orders returned after 3 (THREE ) months from the date of shipment, regardless of the responsibility for the return (customer or customs).
If an order is confiscated or lost at customs and is not returned to us,

cannot issue a refund. In these unfortunate circumstances, we apologize and hope that more accurate information on customs restrictions in the destination country can be obtained.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
Free shipping on all orders within Canada. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. The shipping cost for replacement orders is $20 plus insurance of 2.5% of the pruduct value, which will sent to the customer to pay via email. The refund order will be less the handling and packing fees. The refund is your order payments minus the handing & packing fees.
* The handling fee is $40 for the order under $600, all orders over $600 will be charged $40 plus 3% handling fee. The packing fee is $20 for all orders. *
RETURN PROCESS
All returns for online orders must be accompanied by a RN# printed both on the return shipment box and original receipt. Follow the Step by Step process below on how to initiate a online return:
STEP 1: Contact Us to explain your return, be sure to include item name, and reason for return and your order number. If the return is approved by Gobaltima Internet Retail Sale LTD, we will send you a return number (RN#) by eMail. Please note the web store hours of operation are: Monday - Saturday 9am-7pm, excluding holidays.
STEP 2: Once you have received your RN#, be sure to carefully pack all returned items in their original bag (or equivalent plastic bags) with all original tags intact and packing slip included with items for return noted and RN# written at the top.
STEP 3: All US Customer, please send your returns via DHL. Brokerage fees paid when shipments are sent USPS, UPS, Fedex or other couriers are $25 and this fee will be deducted from the credit being issued upon return. Please be aware that Gobaltima Internet Retail Sale LTD is not responsible for taxes, duties, brokerage or shipping fees on returned items, and any shipping costs associated with returned packages will be deducted from the customer’s store credit.

Outside Canada customers: When returning goods, please make sure you describe the goods on the form as per the following example: "1 x leather jacket, being returned to seller for replacement/refund. Country of origin of the goods: United Kingdom or USA". Gobaltima Internet Retail Sale LTD is not responsible for packages lost during return shipments and recommend choosing a service that includes tracking and insurance for packages. Please retain your tracking information for record.
STEP 4: When the returned goods have been received and inspected by Gobaltima Internet Retail Sale LTD, customers will be sent a confirmation email which will include the full details of their current store credit. The store credit will reflect: the full amount paid for the item(s) minus any brokerage fees paid as well as the initial price paid by Gobaltima Internet Retail Sale LTD to ship the goods.
ONLINE REFUND
We will contact you and refund your card once the returned item(s) are received and inspected. Please follow our Online Return Process above to return your item to us. If you do not wish to reorder a new / or another items, the refund is your order payments minus the postage & packing fees. We will refund to your bank account 2-7 business days. Please note that all banks are different and some credits may take longer to appear in your account.
