All Canadian Orders are shipped with Canada Post. A signature is may required on delivery.
USA
Orders shipping to the United States will shipped by Canada Post or DHL using a third party courier. Your order will be sent by courier. Transit time will vary depending on which states you are located in, but an average time to be allowed is 7-10 business days. The package will require a signature on delivery. You should be aware that delivery to outside CANADA countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties - these charges are not refundable by us in the event you need to return the goods.

The website automatically calculates the Shipping Costs according to several factors such as weight, volume, shipping zone, offers associated with shipping costs, according to the carrier's rate.

When will my order be delivered?
We do our best to provide regular in-stock delivery of your order within 3 to 12 business days. That being said orders place on the weekends, holidays, during bad weather and that require cross border shipping can effect this standard and lead to longer wait times. Some special customized order may also require a longer delivery time is up to 12 weeks, depending on when manufacturer's delivery time will be different. How do I take advantage of the Free Shipping offer?
If your order is shipping within Canada and for all orders greater than $ 70 or more (before taxes), then just select Free Shipping as your shipping method when you're ready to checkout. Orders that are eligible for Free Shipping average a 3-12 day delivery depending on your location. Canceling items may affect your order's eligibility for free shipping. Promotional discounts where applicable will be deducted from your item subtotal and may affect your order's free shipping eligibility. Do you ship outside of Canada?
We ship within Canada and the United States for orders placed online. If you would like something shipped internationally. I need my order faster. Do you offer express delivery?
We’re working on incorporating express delivery prices into our webstore, but in the interim. Express delivery need additional shipping charges, which is not included in the free shipping terms. Please Contact Us and we will source the fastest delivery method for your area and give you an express shipping quote.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
You may have your order shipped to any valid address of your choice. Simply select “Shipping address different from billing address” in the first step of the purchase process and follow the instructions. You also can Contact Us.
What should I do if items are loss or damaged?
It is the carrier's responsibility to ensure the safe transportation and delivery of goods. All parcels transported within Canada are including liability coverage up to $100.00 by default. Claims are performed according to the carrier's claims standard policy. You can also Contact Us to purchase the full amount of liability coverage insurance, usually it's cost 3% of the value of the goods. All international parcels ship outside of Canada do not include liability coverage and it need to be purchased separately by the customer.
Can I track my package?
